Wallace ended on all fours near the shrubs by the house. He got to his feet quicker than I wanted him to, but he stayed half bent over, hand on his knees. He looked up at me. I wasn't sure what his expression meant, but it wasn't completely hostile. It was more a considering sort of look, as if I'd surprised him. I get that look a lot. Wallace is one of the officers that accompanied the crew on the hunt for
Ellie's vampire killer. * There is a scar on his neck and Anita inquires about it. He only tells her about it after she shows him her own scars. He and his partner, Harry, got a call concerning a body with its throat torn out. When they came to the construction site, the vampire attacked them. Harry didn't make it. Wallace was savaged, but as his eyes were caught, he wanted it. This scarred him more than the wound itself. * The local master sent the vampire's head in a box to the local precinct, apologizing for his 'uncivilized behavior.' * During the vampire attack in the woods, Wallace's arm was broken by one of the vampires where he was feeding. |
