Officer Rigby |
|
|
He had an easy confidence, and a ready smile that went all the way to his eyes. He was entirely too comfortable in his own skin, as if nothing really bad had ever touched him. He lacked entirely that air that most policemen have of having been ridden hard and put up wet. He looked older than I was, but his eyes were younger, and I resented that. | Status | Deceased - Killed by fire | |
| Title | Officer | |
| Description | He is well built, of a medium height, and walks with a comfortable carriage. | |
| Commentary | *
He is a naive character, because prior to the events in the hospital,
Anita
notes that she would never choose him as her backup. He lacks the hard edges she is used
to in cops. * When the skinned "victims" attack the doctors and nurses in the burn unit, he is there with an axe, hacking away at the corpses and getting the people out of the room. * Rigby is the last one to head for the door, but he either accidentally or intentionally hit the door button which would lock the room. Afterwards, fire raced through the room, burning all the corpses, and killing Rigby. |
