Commentary * Leonora is the wife of Dr. Evans who is in charge of Anita's health in New Mexico.

* Leonora is a witch, and when Anita was attacked by the Red Woman's Husband, she helped to protect Anita's chakra points from invasion.

* Leonora agrees with Marianne's assessment of Anita's magical aura, but she also points out that the steps Anita has taken to fix it are only temporary at best.

* She made Anita a drawstring bag containing hard objects that felt like rocks, and soft crumbling things that felt like herbs as a form of protection.

* When they need to put a magical barrier around Nicky Baco, Leonora is the one to do it.
