"What's that supposed to mean?"
He threw back his head and laughed.
The sound reverberated through the room, echoing and outwardly joyous.
But I could tasted it on the back of my tongue, and it was bitter.
"It means, ma petit, that I am a fool."

Description Impossibly tall and cadaverous, Janos' skin is like old parchment, clinging to his bones with dead blue fish eyes, sunken into his face. He has short white hair.
Commentary * Janos is an old vampire of the rotting variety. He made Pallas and Bettina.  He answers to Seraphina.

* His fingers are longer than normal, as if he has an extra joint in each, and his index finger is the same length as his middle finger.

* Janos was killed along with his two vampire women when Bloody Bones Bar and Grill was burned to the ground.
