Description A short man, he has a wicked looking scar that nearly bisects his face.  (yes, Ted isn't short... but he kinda acts like Harold, so... ^.^)
Commentary * Harold is one of Riker's goons.

* Unlike the others, Harold doesn't seem to want to hurt anyone right away. He would rather avoid it, if he can. He is probably not cut out to be a goon.

* Harold was present at the restaurant, Ted's house, and Riker's headquarters.

* During the final battle, he tried escaping up a set of stairs, but was shot in a spray of bullets from Anita's gun.
