The proprietor was an ex-cop who had been kicked off the force for being dead. Picky picky.

Commentary * A nice bar in the District that served a man hamburger.

* The owner is Dave, a vampire who used to be a cop. Anita uses him as a source so that he can still be pissed off at the cops for being prejudiced, but he can still help them through Anita using the information he offers.
