Commentary * Led by master vampire Malcolm, The Church of Eternal Life promises exactly that. Their followers are made into vampires so that they can live 'forever.' Of course, they can be killed, like any other kind of vampire.

* Malcolm is attempting to make the church mainstream, and it is one of the fastest growing churches in the United States.

* When someone wishes to become a vampire, they must go through a lengthy initiation process. Once they take that last step, they are brought to a vampire half-way house so that the initial awakening as a vampire is kept safe from humans, since new vampires tend to be revenants.
