This is the court case which determined that vampires were to be considered legal citizens of the
USA. However, many of the nuances of the decision are still being argued in court. * "Did heirs have to give back inheritances? Were you widowed if your spouse became undead? Was it murder to slay a vampire?" * Vampirism has only been legalized for 2 years. They are only considered citizens in the USA. Elsewhere, they are hunted. |
